Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern the conditions under which LIME Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") on this website. Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must agree to and comply with these Terms when using the Service.

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Company concerning the use of the Service.

The Company deems the registration inappropriate for any other reason.
Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
Users are responsible for managing their User ID and password for the Service.

The Company is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the User ID and password by a third party, unless the Company is at fault due to intent or gross negligence.
Article 4 (Sales Contract)

The Company is not responsible for any damages caused to the User by using the Service, unless the contract between the Company and the User is subject to consumer protection laws, in which case the exclusion of liability does not apply. However, even in such cases, the Company is not responsible for damages resulting from special circumstances or damages that the Company or the User could foresee.
