RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES |
You have the right to return and exchange any/all products you have purchased directly from our website. The product(s) must be completely unused ? watch/watch band that have been worn even once cannot be returned ? and still in the same new condition as when the product was received. In addition, you need to contact us and ship the items back to us within 14 days of receiving it. In the event you would like to return your purchase, all items need to be returned. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our office for a refund to be made. Please note that you must pay the shipping expenses in returning your order to us. After confirming the return, we will refund the amount paid minus shipping costs. We do not take responsibility for any items lost or broken during return shipping. In the unlikely event that the delivered goods are faulty, please contact the following email address within one week of receipt of the goods. We will deal with the problem as soon as possible. WARRANTY |
KNIS watches are covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Accidents that occur during normal use can be repaired free of charge within the one-year warranty period. To request a repair, please contact us at the email address below, stating the name of the person who ordered the watch, the order number and the circumstances of the damage or accident. It is not included in the price of the watch itself. Therefore, if the battery is exhausted more than one week after delivery, the responsibility of replacement falls on the customer. The batteries in our watches can be replaced at any competent watch shop. |
